Application regulations for foreign students
All tuition is in the Russian language.
For foreign citizens there are three ways to become our students:
1/ to apply to the Russian embassy in your country for quota-education that means that there is no tuition fee for the student;
2/to apply directly to the Academy for commercial sudies. The tuition fee for every department and different duration period you can find at our web-site www.mghpu.ru For the moment (March, 2018) it is 350 000 rubles per year.
3/to apply as an exchange student for one term (5 months) studies without tuition fee if your institution signs a mobility agreement with the Academy.
How to apply:

Prepare the portfolio, CV , motivation letter, copy of your passport and fill in the Application Form – and send all these documents to International Department . The deadline - April 30th for 1/, 2/ and 3/ (for the fall term) and 30th October for 3/ (for the spring term). The candidates approved by heads of the departments are invited for entrance exams (in June-July, according to timetable) for 1/ and 2/ or for the exchange 5 month mobility (3/) without any exams.

Academic drawing – doric capital (top of the column) – 8 academic hours, materials – pencil, paper format 40 x 60 cm.

Academic painting – still life – 8 8 academic hours, materials – gouache, tempera, acryl, paper format 40 x 60 cm.

Exams for 1/ (quota) master program - interview

Exams for 1/ (quota) post-graduate program – interview and 20-pages of future thesis description

Exams for 2/ (commercial) bachelor and specialist programs

Accommodation:
For 1/ (quota) – hostel. Accommodation fee is 12 Euros per month for the moment (March, 2018)
For 3/ (commercial) – hostel is offered only in case there are vacant places.
For 3/ (exchange) – accommodation according to the terms of mobility agreement with your institution.
Medical insuranceis obligatory for all foreign students
